Botanical Die Cuts

I love these new leaf die cuts available in my store, PaperiebyJennifer.  These pretty embellishments are cut from patterned paper.  It is sturdy, but not quite cardstock thickness.

These die cuts will dress up your journal pages and make really pretty cards.

Each set is cut from 5 or 6 different patterns and several different shapes.  I have wildflower sets as well leaf sets.  Each set is one of a kind.

These are cards I created using the leaves and the wild flowers.

Oh Christmas Tree

These are a few of the Christmas cards I created this year.  I am sharing these tree themed cards with The Sisterhood of Crafters challenge.  Most of these festive die cuts can be found in my Etsy store, PaperiebyJennifer.

S is for Snow Card Challenge

I just had to come back for the next Alphabet Challenge - S is for Snow.  I used gold mirrorcard for the base and cut out a circle to let the white glitter cardstock show through.  I added lots of small, intricate snowflakes all around the circle to form a snowflake wreath.  The snowflakes are cut from mirrorcard and holographic cardstock.  Super shiny!

Here are some other wintery cards I made using my snowflake diecuts.  The snowy-looking dotted paper is cotton paper from Tonic Studios.  I love their handmade papers.

For this card, I started with Nuvo Glacier paste over a stencil.  The paste dries with a shimmery, foiled look.  I added some mirrorcard die cuts to match the silver mirrorcard base and voila, this Christmas card is complete.

Visit my Etsy store, PaperiebyJennifer for loads of intricate snowflake die cuts.

New Snowflake Die Cuts

I have been busy adding new snowflake die cuts to my Etsy store.  I love the wreath - it would make a really cool shaker card.  This set comes in holographic silver, teal mirrorcard and shimmer cardstock.

This JOY die cut makes a really quick and easy card that is very elegant.  The letters are included so you can mix and match them with the different color frames.

These Deck the Halls ornaments aare super cute!  I can't wait to use one on a Christmas card.

Thankful Challenge

These three Thanksgiving cards are for the Die Cuttin Divas Thankful challenge.  I used Thanksgiving themed background papers and lots of fun die cuts (which can be found in my Etsy store).  I love the texture and sparkle.

R is for Ribbon Card Challenge

I am excited to participate in the R is for Ribbon Challenge at Alphabet Challenges.  Several years ago, I was a design team member for this challenge blog and I miss the projects and the talented ladies on this blog.  Be sure to check out their design inspirations.

I used my P-Touch Embellish machine to print the sentiment on red satin ribbon.  I love the elegance of the gold foil.  This machine is very easy to use.

I added patterned paper elements layered over gold foil to coordinate with the foiling on the ribbon.  The glittery holly leaves are the finishing touch.  You can find these pretty holly leaves in my Etsy store.

Christmas Card Sets

I have some pretty Christmas card sets in the Etsy store, PaperieByJennifer.  The JOY set starts with Christmas plaid over Kraft cardstock.  I die cut holly branches from green glitter paper and added red berries.  The foil sentiment sits on a holly embossed Kraft strip.  I love the rustic and simple design of these cards.

This sparkly card set features handmade cotton paper from Tonic Studios.  This dimensional background makes the perfect backdrop for the pretty ornaments.  The ornaments are made with layered glitter and foil cardstock.  Simple, yet elegant with lots of festive shine.

Christmas Die Cuts on Etsy

The Christmas card making season is in full swing.  I have been busy cutting trees, greenery, ornaments and sentiments out of really pretty paper and cardstock including foil, glitter and holographic holiday colors.  You can find these treasures at my Etsy store, PaperieByJennifer.

The Tim Holtz style greenery really looks fabulous cut out of foil or kraft cardstock.   I have several color choice options including a mixed color variation for each item.  The little pinecone is cut from glittery brown paper - so cute!

The Christmas sentiments are a must for every card.  I love the different messages and styles.

5 even have these cool foiled trees.  A simple tree makes a great Christmas card every time.   Pair it with a simple sentiment and voila.  I hope everyone is enjoying their card making this year.  Happy crafting!

New Flower and Leaf Die Cuts

I have added some really beautiful new flower and leaf die cuts to my Etsy store, PaperiebyJennifer.  Why use plain paper when you can have metallic accents?  I love using these intricate designs in specialty paper in my card creations.  Custom color requests accepted!

These leaves have a definite vintag-y feel.  The paper is Tim Holtz's Wallflower paper stack.  These are itching to be distressed with a little ink.  The patterns vary.  You can find them here.

I used these beautiful leaves for this thankful card.  The background has gold embossing which adds a touch of elegance.

This layering rose has so much potential!  You can layer various colors together for a one-of-a-kind flower. You can find these pretty roses here.

I have included glitter, shimmer and foil cardstock in my assortment.  Message me for other colors.

I created this cheerful card using these layered roses.  I love the embossed foil background.

Hello Card

I designed this pretty card for the My Favorite Things Color Challenge #127.  I love the birds and the metallic foil accents.  The image is from a napkin that I just had to keep.  The Hello sentiment will be available soon in my Etsy Die Cut store.  Be sure and check out the specialty paper die cuts.  I add more designs each week.  Most listings have an inspiration card photo to get you started.

Thinking of You and Sympathy Card Sets

I created a colorful but simple set of four Think of You cards for my new Etsy store.  I love the way the Distress Oxide ink looks behind the bold, black leaf die cut.  I went old school and rubber stamped the sentiment and the black border.  I did not have a cutting die for the frame so I cut them out by hand.  I layered the background on 110 lb kraft cardstock.

I also created this With Sympathy card set for my store.  I used patterned paper for the backgrounds and added a single cream colored die cut flower for the focal point.  I used the Foil Quill with the Silhouette Cameo machine to create the sentiment.  That foiling tool is kind of amazing.  You can use any font or design that you can create.
